At Rooted Dental Wellness, we believe great dentistry can be thoughtful, intentional — and even a little enjoyable.
We pay put the FUN in Functional Dentistry, but we do have office policies we ask our patients to respect.
These policies help us take excellent care of our patients while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
New Patient Availability
We’re a specialty, fee-for-service practice, and we keep our schedule intentionally limited so we can do what we do best. New patient appointments are offered based on availability and clinical fit — quality over quantity, always. Inquire about our new patient waitlist here.
Scheduling & Waitlist
When space opens up and it feels like a good match, our team will reach out directly. We review each request with care (and real humans), and appreciate your patience while we do.
Deposits (The Holding Spot)
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your new patient visit and is applied to your first appointment. We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within that window may forfeit the deposit. Future missed appointments are subject to a $150 fee for cleanings and $200 per hour for restorative care.
Payment & Insurance
We’re out-of-network with insurance plans and payment is due at the time of service. For our more information about payment and insurance, click here.
