Vanessa Torrey, Registered Dental Hygienist

I'm Vanessa Torrey, a Registered Dental Hygienist with over a decade of experience in the dental field that started back with dental assisting. I am happy to have started here with Rooted Dental Wellness back in 2023 where I can deepen my passions for dentistry to go beyond just teeth.

From the very start of my career, I've been driven by a genuine desire to help my patients achieve optimal oral health. I'm dedicated to considering broader health factors beyond teeth such as airway health, biocompatible materials, and long-term well-being. My dedication to dentistry, coupled with my passion for holistic health, defines my approach to patient care. I strive to embody compassion, empathy, and a genuine concern for the well-being of others in everything I do.

Rooted Dental Wellness goes the extra mile to support patients' health. I enjoy working at Rooted not just for the awesome patients, but the close knit staff, coupled with the leaders constant effort to make the team feel appreciated. 

Outside of work, I find fulfillment in spending time with my twin boys and husband. Watching my twins learn and grow brings me immense joy and reminds me of the importance of family and balance in life. Becoming a mother has deepened my appreciation for holistic health practices and non-toxic alternatives. This personal journey aligns perfectly with my professional ethos at Rooted, making my this workplace an ideal fit.
